Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Refunds Once your return is approved and the item is received by our fulfillment partner, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Our products are fulfilled by a third-party supplier. All returns are subject to supplier approval and may take additional processing time.
